Job Description
The Food Runner acts as an important link between the front of the house and the back of the house. Their main duties include:

Taking food from the kitchen and delivering it to guests.

Assisting servers in meeting the needs of all guests.

Assisting the kitchen staff in monitoring food quality.

Keeping the food window clean and organized throughout each shift.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Effective communication skills.

Able to keep cool under pressure.

Able to work in a very fast-paced environment.

Must have extensive knowledge of our menu, including ingredients and plate presentations of each item.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods of time (up to 10-12 hours per day).

Must be able to carry 50 lbs for distances of up to 10 ft.

Must be able to balance and move up to 25 lbs for distances of up to 50 ft.

Must be able to understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment.

Must be able to visually recognize proper food presentations and food quality.
