Job Description
Bussers at the Rio provide attentive service to our customers and support to our entire team. This includes:

Working closely with team members to provide an exceptional experience to each of our guests.

Delivering chips, salsa, and beverages to tables and refilling these items as needed.

Clearing empty plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils off of tables.

Re-setting tables, sweeping floors, and preparing tables for new guests after previous guests' departure.

Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and, sometimes, a mob-like crowd.

Ability to remain highly aware of customers' needs.

Effective communication skills.

Strong multi-tasking skills and a team-player mentality.

Highly adaptable and able to prioritize duties in order of importance.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods of time (up to 10-12 hours per day).

Must be able to carry 50 lbs for distances of up to 10 ft.

Must be able to balance and move up to 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 ft.

Must be able to understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment.

Must be able to visually recognize proper food presentations and food quality.
